Adams, Bartholomew, Brown, Clay, Daviess, Dearborn, Decatur, Gibson, Grant, Greene, Hamilton, Hancock, Hendricks, Henry, Huntington, Jackson, Jefferson, Jennings, Johnson, Knox, Lawrence, Madison, Marion, Monroe, Morgan, Owen, Parke, Pike, Posey, Putnam, Randolph, Ripley, Rush, Shelby, Sullivan, Tippecanoe, Vermillion, Vigo, Washington and Wayne.
Residents and business owners who sustained losses in these counties can begin applying for assistance now by registering with FEMA online at http://www.fema.gov/ or by calling 1-800-621-FEMA (3362) or 1-800 462-7585 (TTY) for the hearing and speech impaired. Please note that the toll-free telephone numbers operate from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. (local time) seven days a week.
