Tracie Davis

Before joining the North Central Indiana Small Business Development Center, Tracie Davis ran Dream Big Communications, her own strategic marketing communications consultancy. Her career includes leading marketing communications departments for Ivy Tech Community College, Southwestern Michigan College and University Park Mall. She also served as Community Affairs Supervisor for Martin’s Super Markets and Special Projects Coordinator for Michiana Community Hospital. She began her career in radio journalism. A lifelong resident of the Michiana area, she has a bachelor’s degree from Western Michigan University and a master’s degree from Indiana University.

Bridget Owens
Business Advisor

Bridget Owens is a Business Advisor at the North Central Indiana SBDC. In this position, Bridget works with clients at all stages of small business ownership and development. Born and raised in South Bend, Bridget completed undergrad at St. Mary's College and earned her law degree from DePaul University in Chicago. Bridget in an experienced litigator, public benefits policy expert, and a small business owner, having launched Snapdragon Consulting in 2021. Bridget enjoys working with clients to understand and support their small business goals and is excited to be a part of the North Central ISBDC team!

Phil Snyder
Business Advisor

Phil Snyder is a Business Advisor at the North Central Indiana SBDC.   In this position, Phil works with clients at all stages of small business ownership and development. Phil was born and raised in Indianapolis and graduated from Indiana Weslyan University with a Business and Economics degree.  After college Phil spent the majority of his career in the Financial Services and Banking industry, most of that time was in St Louis, MO.   Phil really enjoys working with people to help them achieve their goals and is excited to be part of the North Central ISBDC team.

Kathi Highland
Administrative Assistant

Kathi Highland is the Office Administrator at the North Central Indiana SBDC where she is responsible for the daily operations of the regional office. Kathi was born and raised in South Bend and has over 40 years of administrative experience, most recently as Assistant to the Associate Dean of Undergraduate Programs in the Judd Leighton School of Business and Economics at Indiana University South Bend. Her experience includes office management, database management, report prep and analysis, human resources, and event planning. Kathi is studying for her bachelor's degree in general business at IU South Bend.
